- We appreciate your order and make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. In Australia the standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of the order via Aust. post. International retail orders please allow 14 to 28 days for standard delivery. Other express delivery options are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for further information on express delivery.

When you voluntarily provide your information to us via our website, you agree to the privacy terms outlined in the Privacy Statement, regardless of your country of origin. ACQ takes appropriate steps to communicate our Privacy Statement to all ACQ employees. The personally identifiable information we collect is securely stored within our database and we use standard, industry-wide procedures such as encryption, firewalls, and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your information. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
- Returns & Replacements
- ACQ products may be returned for up to 7 days from the date received for a full refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling. The item must be returned in its original state with all packaging in tact. The item purchased with a credit card, we will issue a credit for your purchase within 5 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise. The amount credited to your card will be for merchandise less the cost of shipping and handling. For purchases made with cash, cheques, and money orders, refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise less the cost of shipping and handling. Strictly No refund on books or software products unless it is a manufacturer fault. We hope you understand any disk being CDROM or DVD can be copied immediately once opened. Therefore to protect the software manufacturer's rights of the software/CDROM No exchange or refund can be given. Please note: CD packages carry notification stating "Opening this CD indicates your acceptance of the agreement that all artwork is copyright. The purchase of this CD gives you the right to use artwork for personal use only. CD is not refundable once opened." Please Note: Australian Country Quilts are not liable for manufacture faults, goods are returned to liable parties.
